Governors are grateful for the support of our families in raising attendance; we are expected to improve our attendance rates year on year and there is still a need for everybody’s help with this. The issue of families taking holidays in school time is still a cause for concern; any absence from school, whatever the cause, can seriously interfere with a child’s learning and we will not authorise family holidays during term time.
